Where is Viea based?
Viea is a small business based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA with a small branch available in Cebu, Philippines as well.
Do you have a physical store?
As of the moment, we do not have a store available for walk-ins yet. But we do have pop-ups every now and then so stay posted on our socials or sign up on our email list to get notified!
Who runs Viea?
Viea is proudly spearheaded by a small but mighty team of Filipina women. From the creators, frontline content designers to the behind the scenes programmers, Viea is 100% women-dominated.
The Products
Are Viea jewelries real gold?
Viea, as of the moment, only distributes 14k-18k gold or silver coated jewelry with varying base metals either stainless steel or brass. Meaning, these are not pawnable jewelries.
Do Viea jewelries tarnish?
All Viea pieces are tarnish-free and hypoallergenic. They will not rust or turn your skin green let alone irritate it.
However do note, that fashion jewelry is bound to react to different skin types. Therefore, as Viea jewelry may last long on normal skin types, the case may be different on those who are acidic. Rest assured, they are designed to last regardless.
How long do Viea jewelries last?
Viea jewelry can stay in pristine condition of up to 5 years when properly taken-cared of. Please refer to our Jewelry Care page for further details on how to best preserve your Viea pieces.
However, even if pieces are designed to last, they still will not outlive real gold jewelry. But for the offered price point, you're definitely getting a deal.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
For those ordering directly from our website, we can only ship locally in both the Philippines & USA.
However, we do accept international orders via Wolf & Badger, a retail company we have partnered with. Tap here if you wish to order for international shipping.
Do you have free shipping?
Complimentary free shipping for orders above $100 is automatically applied for orders within the United States and Philippines during checkout.
Viea does not ship on weekends or holidays. All packages will be shipped out within 2-3 days of placed order excluding holidays and weekends. Delivery is Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Your state may be subject to sales tax.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How long does shipment and delivery take?
For US & PH orders, regular shipment will take around 5-7 days excluding rush shipping. If expedited shipping is requested, it may take no sooner than 3 days excluding holidays and weekends.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon receiving your email confirmation, you may track the status of your package here.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Here at Viea, your satisfaction is our number one priority. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to give you a site credit for unworn items. Merchandise should be returned and accompanied by the original packaging and must show no signs of wear for the return to be accepted with refund.
To request for a site credit or refund, send an email to customercare@vieajewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your item (s) and please include RETURN REQUEST and you order number in the subject line. Item(s) must be delivered back to our facility by the 14th day from the original purchase date.
Once we received the returned item(s) on our warehouse in the conditions we required, we will provide you an online credit code via email or a refund for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on vieajewelry.com. Please allow us up to 72 hours for your returned item(s) to be processed and the site credit issued.
Should the received product be of great concern and dissatisfaction, please feel free to reach out to us via website chat or email us at customerservice@vieajewelry.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
What is a site credit?
Site credits are basically a reimbursement for returned products due to the dissatisfaction of the customer. These site credits may be used to purchase a different product in replacement of the said returned item.
Site credit codes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash and will expire one year from activation.
Do you have a warranty?
Viea products are always designed with the intent that they last long as they are made with only high quality materials.
However, should the customer break the said product or it is damaged via faulty issues, we give a 1-year warranty starting from the delivery date of the ordered product.
