1. ONLINE PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

In order for us to process your order/s, we must receive your full payment first. Once we receive the full payment for the items you wish to order from us, we will send you an email through the email address you provided to us on your order form. This is to acknowledge receipt of your order and payment. However, this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order takes place the moment we dispatch the item/s you ordered. In the event that we cannot deliver your order for certain reasons, such as location, etc., or you cancelled your order, we will also notify you through the email address you provided.

Our acceptance of your order concretizes a legally binding contract between you and Viea. We do not take orders from persons below 18 years old or from persons who are not authorized to enter into a legally binding contract with us. If you do not qualify with the above premises, please refrain from using our site.

We uphold our right not to accept orders from our customers due to the following conditions:

• We do not have sufficient stocks to deliver your order;
• We do not deliver to your preferred address or location;
• The pricing of our items were incorrect due to typographical error, which may have resulted to discrepancy in the amount of our goods;
• If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you through email or through telephone and we will credit the amount deducted from your credit card within 30 days from your order.
• We will not compensate any disappointment incurred from the event.

 

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

3. HOW TO RETURN ITEMS 

Please note that return shipping fees are paid by the buyer. The items must be sent back unworn and in their original packaging. If the returned items are damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, we will not be issuing a site credit. All site credits are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Our products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or replacement only in accordance to our Return and Exchange Policy.   

Our products are displayed as accurately and as closest as possible, including its colors and images, to the actual products. We are not liable to any inaccuracy due to your computer’s monitor. 

We reserve the right to limit our sales to any person or geographic location at any time. However, this limitation is on a case-to-case basis.
